How to Reach Us
There are two ways to connect with our team. No matter whom you’re wanting to touch base with, all of us are looped into both.

- Any communication outside of these two methods is strongly discouraged for response time and efficiency.
- Sending us a text is the most efficient way to reach us and start a conversation. If you call, please leave a VM and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
- We work normal working hours on weekdays, so feel free to connect. Normally we respond within an hour, but if you don’t receive a response within 24 hours you have permission to bug us.
- On the weekend/holidays we are monitoring phones and email for emergencies, so only expect a response from us during those times if it’s a special occasion.
Important To-Do’s
- Get onboarding forms completed in a timely manner. If you haven’t already received your onboarding forms please contact us ASAP.
- Please give us access to all things we are asking for. We’re asking for a reason.
- Please commit to a 24-hour response time to our messages. We really care about your business, and we really want to see your business grow and succeed. We can’t do this without your help, so please get back to us asap.
- We encourage our clients to start posting on their Google My Business listings. Routine postings on your listing show relevance and activity. This is something we will do for you, if you ask.
To-NOT-Dos
- Don’t touch the GMB! Please do not change any major setting in your Google My Business listing. This needs to be done with great care and intention, and Google is one flick of the wrist away from suspending your account. So please notify us before you make any changes to your Google My Business account. GMB posts and responding to reviews are acceptable actions that you can perform without our consent.
- Don’t touch the Google Ads campaign settings! It is always preferable and highly recommended that we discuss this first. Our dedicated Google Ads team is here for you – we always try to be as responsive and accommodating as possible. We understand the urge to tweak things and make them potentially better/faster but if our team is not aware, and your actions result in poor ad performance or skewed data, it will be harder and may take a lot of time to reverse the issue(s) and restore lead generation to an acceptable level.
- Do not underestimate the power of Google Reviews. Review ratings and counts are both vital parts of convincing leads one step further along their journey to becoming a customer of yours. Our work will bring more and more leads, but if those leads find a business with 12 Google Reviews and a 4.1 rating, they will give up on trying to find local movers and will sign up with those darn men and their truck.

Important Things to Know
- Each client will receive a dashboard where you can track your SEO and Google Ads progress over time.
- SEO is a long-term strategy with massive rewards in the end. Google Ads is a shorter term strategy that has quicker results but goes immediately once you run out of your monthly ad budget.
